The box in the unlined bag came out a little crushed but didn't affect the item inside.
It was relatively simple to use without reading the small instruction pamphlet.
The top vacuum round holder and lever were tight but functional, a sign that it was never used and needs to be broken in, so that's a good thing.
Other items included:
1. 2 wipes, wet/dry, to clean the area for..
2. The round pad, white center/black edges, to stick on uneven or textured surfaces in the car.
Hopefully, the sticky part under the white paper can be removed and reused.
3. Metals rings for non-magsafe iphones, either to stick to the back of the smartphone directly or stick inside the smartphone's case. It's used to stick to the round magnetic ring of the holder.
It'll be interesting to decide where the holder will go and if it'll work properly.
