SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to.
Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by location. During checkout you will see shipping options and the numbers of days it takes to get the product. Some products might available in warehouses in your country like USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and the delivery time could be 3 business days if the product is not available it may take to is 10-30 business days. For Mexico, Central America and South America 15-30 business days. This doesn’t include the processing time which is 2-5 business days. The maximum delivery time is 45 business days, after that you can request a refund.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but in rare occasions tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
Customs
Depending on the product price there might be custom fees. Every country has its own regulations. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
